Domestic Shipping (United States)

Rates & Delivery Times

• Free shipping on orders over $100

• Shipping cost for orders under $100

  • $8 (prints/cards)

  • $25 (original paintings)

• Prints/Cards: Allow 5-7 business days via USPS

• Original Paintings: Allow 7-10 business days via UPS (insured with tracking)

Processing Time

• Prints & cards: Ships within 3-5 business days

• Original paintings: Ships within 5-7 business days

• Custom pet portraits: Ships within 3-4 weeks after final approval

All artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials, insurance, and tracking.

International Shipping

Available to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.

Rates & Times

• Canada: $18-35 | 10-15 business days

• UK/Europe: $25-45 | 15-20 business days

• Australia: $30-50 | 15-25 business days

Customer is responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. Original paintings over 18x24" not available for international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Art Prints & Greeting Cards

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition. Customer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged.

Original Paintings

7-Day Inspection Period

Return within 7 days if artwork doesn't match description or arrives damaged. Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for defective items; customer pays for change of mind returns.

Custom Pet Portraits

No Returns or Refunds

Custom portraits are made-to-order and cannot be returned. We provide sketch approval, progress photos, and final approval before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged in shipping? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it.

Damaged Items

Report damaged items within 48 hours to quyen@lequyenart.com with photos. We'll provide a replacement, refund, or resolution. All shipments are insured.

Cancellations

• Prints/Cards: Cancel within 24 hours for full refund

• Original Paintings: Cancel within 48 hours for full refund

• Pet Portraits: Cancel within 24 hours for 50% refund (deposit non-refundable once work begins)
