Thank you for supporting Le Quyen Art. Every piece is created and packed with care. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — including original artwork and prints — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us at quyen@lequyenart.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a short description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps, which may include:

  • A replacement (if stock allows),
  • A refund to your original payment method,
  • Or a store credit.
Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please first check with your local carrier or post office.
  • Then, contact us at quyen@lequyenart.com and include your order number.

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or customs clearance.

Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital downloads and files are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us, and we’ll help resolve it.
