Pet Portrait Process:
1. Submit a Pet Portrait Request: Complete the commission request form with what type your pet is and it's personality. Share what makes your pet special—their quirks, energy,
favorite activities. Please specify if you want more than one pet in the
portrait.
2. Consultation & Quote: Within 48 hours, Quyen will respond with a quote based on sizes and complexity.
3. Email at least 3 pictures in high resolution
4. Preliminary Sketch: A preliminary sketch will be made available if there is complexity to the portrait. Once you approve the project (50% deposit required).
5. Final Artwork Creation: Quyen will paint your portrait using professional-grade materials—watercolor on premium watercolor paper. This phase takes 3-4 weeks depending on size and detail level.
6. Approval & Delivery: You'll receive photos of the completed portrait for final approval. Once you're thrilled (and you will be!), Quyen will carefully package and ship your artwork. Remaining balance due before shipping.
Timeline: 4-5 weeks from deposit to delivery for original paintings within U.S.
